presses.
Directions for use on Belt Filter
Presses:
- Follow all safety precautions on
label.
- Rotate belt press with wash water
off.

nozzle, continuously wet all deposits while press is
rotating.

Directions for use on Verticle Supernate
Lines:
- Follow all safety precautions on
label.
- Cease supernating thru the line you
desire to clean.
- Use a suitable chemical feed pump
(consult Schaner's) and necessary length of flexible
tubing to reach the top of the supernate line. In the end
of the flexible line, rig a temporary bracket to position
the flexible tubing in the center of the supernate
line.
- Slip over the tube a short length (3-4
feet) of PVC. Thie will keep the tubing straight. On the
end of the flexible line, add a spinning nozzle
(available from Schaner's). Turn on the pump and every
pulse of the pump will put out a fine rotary mist of
WASH-UP which will be absorbed by the struvite. This will
completely dissolve your deposits.
